What can Pilates do for me?
It will increase your core strength, Pilates is famously known for its emphasis on the core – the core
is a group of muscles that flex, extend and importantly protect your spine. Below are just a few of
the benefits of Pilates:

Can anyone do Pilates?
Yes. Pilates can be adapted and progressed to suit all levels of ability. Each exercise has different
levels to suit all needs.
