
Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2007 I have continued my professional development, gaining an extensive range of qualifications. I am committed to providing the best experience possible for my clients and stay up to date with advances in the fitness industry.
As well as one to one sessions I also teach Group exercise in the format of Group Cycling (Spinning), Circuits, Boot-camps and Core strength classes.
