My step towards online personal training began in March 2020 when the Coronavirus prevented me from training my clients in a traditional, hands-on way. In order to support my clients through this challenging period, I launched online workout sessions to keep my clients healthy, active and working towards their goals.
My online personal training sessions are for those who are intimidated by the gym environment or those who want to optimise their spare time and train remotely. Each session is personalised by myself, with your specific goals at the forefront of each workout. I will support you every step of the way, helping you to stay on track and achieve results you can be proud of.
