I have been a spin instructor since 2011, teaching 3 x 45 minute classes a week at Everyone Active at Stratford Park Leisure Centre Stroud and Anytime Fitness in Stroud.
Spinning is a high intensity, low impact form of exercise that is easy on the joints. It is a great choice for improving your cardiovascular fitness, losing stubborn body fat and toning your legs.
All classes are taught to the latest tunes and in time to the beat of the music. I have access to the spin studio so can teach you to set up the bike, gears, rpm and explain to you how well this can work in a one to one personal training session.
