I first met Jeremy during one of his high energy circuit classes, here he was motivated, enthusiastic and approachable which therefore led to me being able to ask about one to one personal training for the lead up to my wedding. I was mainly concerned about the upper part of my body and areas around the thigh and bottom, I generally wanted to be able to feel fit and fabulous for my ‘special day’. Once we had had our initial consultation and decided on my goals I met Jeremy once a week for a period of about 8 weeks. Here he measured and weighed me regularly and also discussed my eating habits and gave me ideas for more nutritious meals. For me personally, it wasn’t particularly about losing weight but toning the areas in question. My personal training sessions would regularly involve running, abs work, light weights for arm reps and general circuit training for fitness. I thoroughly enjoyed the training aspect of meeting with Jeremy who would always manage to keep me focussed on the goal in hand. I believe he succeeded in making me look that ‘extra’ bit more fabulous on what was the best day ever. - Amy
Jeremy got me back on my feet and fighting fit, after major back surgery. He personalised a programme that was fun and interesting. His professional approach, dedication along with his engaging manner, gave me results I never thought possible. I have also dropped a couple of dress sizes. -
