What can you expect at Fitness Boot Camp?
Outdoor fitness sessions for small groups catering for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels.
What Do I Need to Wear / Bring?
Layers of clothing (you will get quite warm), comfy trainers, water and a towel.
Will I be fit enough? What sort of exercise will I be doing?
I intend every session to be fun and challenging.
There will be a mixture of partner work (bring a friend), group games and specific toning exercises for your legs, bum, tum, arms, chest, shoulders and back.
The exercise will be tailored to suit your individual needs and fitness levels, whether you are new, returning or used to regular exercise.
